Edible Oils :

The Oil is cold pressed in traditional wooden (Vakai wood) extractor which does not heat the oil but restores the quality. Allowed to settle on its own under sun and no filtration. Keeps for long. Groundnut oil is prepared from Mittai Paruppu (High Quality kernel used for making burbies); The gingelly oil is extracted by using Palmyra cakes (Karuppatti). Coconut oil is extracted from non-sulfurized copra which ensures quality.
